Who is responsible
ClientEcho is a customer follow-up service operated by Veltiosi Resources. This notice covers ClientEcho and does not replace the Veltiosi Resources website privacy policy.
Information we process
When a business uses ClientEcho, we may process account and business details; contact names, phone numbers, and consent records supplied by that business; message delivery and status metadata; support requests; and security and audit records. We do not use customer-contact data for advertising.
Why we process it
We process information to provide and secure ClientEcho, send or record requested follow-ups, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing is based on contract, consent, legal obligation, or legitimate business interests.
Customer contacts and messaging
The business using ClientEcho decides why and how its customer-contact information is used. That business is responsible for having a valid basis to contact each person and for honouring opt-outs. Veltiosi Resources processes that information on the business's instructions to operate the service, except where we must keep limited records for security or legal compliance.
Where WhatsApp or other messaging channels are enabled, the relevant channel provider processes the message and delivery data under its own terms and privacy policies.
Service providers and transfers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, communications, security, and messaging delivery. We disclose information only where needed to run ClientEcho, comply with law, or protect the service. Some providers may process information outside Nigeria; where that happens, we use the safeguards required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We retain account and contact records while ClientEcho is active for the relevant business. On cancellation or an approved deletion request, we delete or anonymize contact records within 30 days unless law, security, or dispute handling requires a limited record to be kept longer.
Your rights
You may ask the business that contacted you to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to its use of your information, or to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for contact. ClientEcho customers can send privacy requests to Veltiosi Resources. We will handle requests as required by applicable data-protection law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect ClientEcho information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; customers should keep their account credentials confidential and contact us promptly about suspected misuse.

Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when ClientEcho or applicable law changes. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
